Port Vela’s menu, in addition to the dishes offered throughout the year, also has dishes that are available depending on the season.
For this reason, it is likely that at some point a different variety of dishes will be offered, as well as gastronomic offers that vary the composition of certain dishes. A perfect example is the “pescaítos fritos” (fried fish). These will vary entirely depending on the market.
This, of course, has to do with our commitment to the highest quality of the food we use in the restaurant. In other words, at Port Vela we will only use the highest quality ingredients.
Some of the seasonal dishes and dishes that must be ordered in advance are; lobster rice, vegetable paella and oxtail among many others.
Depending on the time of the year, the menu may vary entirely. Especially for the most important dates, such as Christmas. At these times of the year we will offer certain menus and dishes specifically designed to transport our customers on those dates through the Mediterranean gastronomy.
